Commandes
You can place as many orders as you want. There is no limit.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that will allow you to follow the delivery status.
If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, the order cannot be modified. However, upon receipt of your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the conditions stipulated in our General Conditions of Sale. Please note that personalized or engraved products cannot be refunded.
An invoice can be sent to you at your request and will be sent by email upon validation of your order.
We recommend that you contact our Customer Service by phone or email as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we will unfortunately no longer be able to make any changes.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. Available payment options are displayed during the checkout process.

Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped. An amount may be reserved on your account at order confirmation, but no final charge will be made until the order has been shipped.
Suivi & livraison
Your order will be shipped within 24 to 48 working hours after validation and preparation, except on weekends and public holidays when it will take two additional days.
You can track the shipment of your order by logging into your customer account or by using the tracking number sent by email, on the website of the chosen carrier.
Delivery times vary from 2 to 5 working days for France, and can be up to 3 weeks for international destinations.
Retours
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please note that products must be returned unused, unopened, in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with the withdrawal form. If your order included promotional items (samples, pouches, miniatures), they must also be returned.
Before sending, please contact us by email and wait for us to provide you with a complete return address. The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and accompanied by the withdrawal form or on plain paper.
