These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to any sale concluded online on the official GALBEE Website. They exclude the conditions applicable to sales made via other distribution channels or marketing methods (such as sales in a physical store or remotely by telephone).
3. Products
The Products offered for sale by GALBEE are those appearing on the official Website ( www.galbee.com ) at the time of consultation by the Customer, within the limit of available stocks.
Each Product is carefully presented on the Site, accompanied by a detailed description highlighting its main characteristics, its origin and its quality. The photographs of the Products are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

In the event that any provision of these General Conditions of Sale is declared invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by a competent authority, the other provisions will remain fully valid and will continue to apply without being affected.
19. Mediation
In the event of a dispute relating to an order, the delivery of Products, or more broadly any situation not resolved amicably with GALBEE and its Customer Service, the Customer may use an independent mediation service.
To initiate this process, the Client may contact an approved mediator, such as the Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris (hereinafter referred to as “CMAP”), by providing the following information:
- Their full contact details (postal address, email address and telephone number).
- GALBEE's contact details.
- A clear summary of the dispute.
- The date and proof of the initial claim made to GALBEE.
This request can be sent by email to consommation@cmap.fr or by post to the following address:
CMAP Consumer Mediation, 39 avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, 75008 Paris.
The Customer also has the option of submitting his request online via the form available on the CMAP website at www.cmap.fr , in the section dedicated to consumers.
In addition, at European level, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, accessible at the following address: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .
It should be noted that recourse to mediation is a voluntary and non-binding process. Each Party remains free to accept or refuse the solution proposed by the mediator.
20. Applicable law – Disputes
These General Conditions of Sale, as well as all contractual relations between GALBEE and the Customer, are exclusively governed by French law.
In the event of a persistent disagreement after an attempt at amicable resolution or recourse to mediation, the disputes will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
