1. Definitions

1.1. "Client(s)"

Refers to any individual browsing the Site, purchasing Product(s) online, using the telephone ordering and remote payment services, or purchasing through any other channel authorized by GALBEE.

1.2. "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" (GTCS)

Refers to these general terms applicable to the sale of any Product offered by GALBEE on its Site or through any authorized sales channel.

1.3. "Party(ies)"

Individually or collectively refers to GALBEE and/or the Client(s).

1.4. "GALBEE"

Refers to SLAY'N PARIS, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €3,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 981 597 396, headquartered at 34 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France.

1.5. "Product(s)"

Refers to the perfumery and cosmetic products sold by GALBEE, available for purchase on the Site.

1.6. "Telephone Ordering Service"

Refers to a service available to Clients for placing remote orders and payments, accessible via GALBEE’s Customer Service.

1.7. "Customer Service"

Refers to the service dedicated to assisting Clients, available Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm (French time).

1.8. "Site"

Refers to GALBEE’s e-commerce website, accessible via the Internet at: www.galbee.com, offering the Products for sale.

2. Purpose - Scope of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the terms and conditions governing the sale of GALBEE Products made exclusively through the official Site: www.galbee.com.

They also specify the rights and obligations of the Parties (the Client and GALBEE) in the context of online transactions, from order placement to delivery and after-sales service.

By ordering a Product on the Site, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted these GTCS and the Personal Data Protection Policy available on the Site, without reservation. This acceptance is made electronically without the need for a handwritten signature. A copy of the GTCS is provided to the Client on a durable medium after order validation.

Browsing and using the Site are also subject to the Legal Notice, the General Terms of Use (GTU), and the Personal Data Protection Policy, which can be consulted and accepted via the following pages:

The Client may save or print the GTCS provided they do not modify them.

GALBEE reserves the right to update or modify these GTCS at any time. However, the GTCS applicable to a given order are those accepted by the Client at the time of order validation.

These GTCS apply exclusively to sales concluded online through GALBEE’s official Site. They exclude conditions applicable to sales made through other distribution channels (such as in-store sales or telephone sales).
