The Site is designed, published and operated by the company SLAY'N PARIS, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 981 597 396. By accessing and using the Site, you enter into a direct contract with GALBEE and fully and unreservedly accept the T&Cs.

Use of the Site implies full acceptance of these T&Cs by any user (hereinafter "the User"), who agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this document for the entire duration of their browsing. In the event of disagreement with all or part of the T&Cs, the User is requested to immediately stop using the Site and its services.

The T&Cs define the terms of use of the Site and the services offered by GALBEE. In certain cases, specific conditions may supplement these T&Cs, in particular to regulate the sale of products or access to paid services. These additional conditions will be clearly indicated and must be accepted by the User where applicable.

ARTICLE 7: GENERAL PROVISIONS

In the event of a disagreement between the data recorded by the User and those held by GALBEE, GALBEE's data will prevail, unless proven otherwise by the User.

7.2. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These General Conditions of Use (GCU) are entirely subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these T&Cs, and when the User is acting in a professional capacity, the competent courts of Paris are expressly designated to deal with the dispute, even in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims, including for summary proceedings.
For disputes involving non-professionals (consumers), the legal rules of territorial jurisdiction provided for by French law apply.

7.3. Modification of the T&Cs

GALBEE reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, these T&Cs in order to adapt them to the evolution of its services or to any legal or regulatory change. The modified version of the T&Cs will be published on the Site as soon as it comes into force. Any continued use of the Site after publication of these modifications implies full and complete acceptance of the new T&Cs by the User.
